I'm an incoming freshman and I plan on rushing for a sorority this year. I know some colleges don't care too much about rec letters but are they a big deal/ almost a necessity at USC?

They are not a necessity, but they will help you out in the earlier rounds! So I would try to get a few, but don't stress about it. Good luck and can't wait to meet you!
