rank sororities by their "preppyness"

It seems that adpi is the most southern and preppy but has many restrictions on going out which is not for me. What are some of the other southern sororities?

back in the day (10 years ago or so), adpi and kd wouldn't take girls from north of charlotte (literally - maybe 1 or 2 VA girls each class, while ddd, zta, axo, and xo had a little bit more of a mix, but were still predominantly southern.

all sororities including adpi have a ton of yankees now, as the demographics of the university and those going greek have changed (ie all you northerners want to come down here because it's awesome!!! and we love having you!!) but i'd say that the most southern is still adpi, and maybe ddd at this point.

being an historically rich southern university, all of the sororities are rooted in southern tradition and culture, so you will find it in every chapter!

Adpi has no restrictions on girls going out. Maybe posting sloppy pictures on facebook but thats about it.

just go through recruitment. there is no “classier” or “higher tier.” everyone will have a different answer based on opinion, thats why you go through rush and rank the sororities based on YOUR PREFERENCE

Seriously you need to stop trying to push this and replying. First off you sound stupid and superficial, and secondly you aren't going to get the kind of answer you seem to want from here, and it doesn't exist.

that sounds so superficial asking which is "higher" tier... you might not fit in anywhere in USC greeklife with that attitude. The truth is your friends you meet and the boys you date WILL NOT care which sorority you are in... so have an open mind

honestly if any sorority is considered southern, its pretty much only adpi. But USC as a whole has a lot of northern people...I'm from South Carolina and I've met more people from maryland, ohio, and jersey than I have from SC.

If you base your judgement on anonymous opinions of which are the "highest tier sororities," you will most definitely be disappointed on bid day. You'll find yourself much more welcomed into Greek life if you leave your closed mind at home
