I wish people would stop saying Spring Rush like there's some official secondary recruitment process in the spring. There's not. There is just Continuous Open Bidding on the part of chapters who have spots they want to fill. Panhellenic doesn't organize COB, it's just chapters offering bids on their own. You need to reach out to chapters you are interested in, and also especially to any members you know. Most COB go on the DL to girls that chapter members already know so they aren't going to advertise, they aren't actively looking.
