rec letters for sororities

way it was described to me was that you don't have to have them, but it will make it easier for sororities to like you. That said I think trying to send one to each would be good, or maybe two or three to houses you might be really interested in. But last year a lot of girls had bad experiences where houses kept them first round because they ha rec letters and then dropped them second round after they thought they had really connected with the houses.

I'm also worried bc I had close family and friends ask to write them for a certain house and it ended up being 3.... Will they not like me bc of that?

You don't need to worry! Houses will keep you if they like you for you and think you would fit in well with their current members. An extra letter won't change how you interact in-person and gel with them
