Just to see what people think. Who would yall say could be a lower fraternity that will be relevant in the next 4 years and who do you think will fall from the top in the next 4 years? Just some food for thought.

DTD and Lambda Chi will move up some over the next four years. After Beta loses their house they will become less relevant. Phi Sig could also lose relevance

They aren't really a lower tier fraternity, but when ATO comes back they will dominate again.

I think thats a little too ambitious to say that they will dominate again. They just don't have the reputation that the big southern fraternities have. not to mention, most of the class of kids who just finished their freshman year don't have a clue what ATO is, and it won't be hard to see they aren't doing well from a rushing freshman. I'm not saying they won't ever be good, but dominate? especially so quickly after all they've been through? no way.

Chi psi and Pi kapp are on the rise. Sigma Chi is pretty much already obsolete and KA is falling fast as well

pi kapp is doing well as they should with the types of guys they consistently get - just have always flown under the radar.

sigma chi is not obsolete, they are one of the best on campus. same with ka.

I met some Phi Kappa Sigma guys this year and they were a great bunch. A mix of both Southern and Northern, but nice guys. Some cuties too.
