New sorority hesitations

I’m so happy that we will be getting a new sorority, but shouldn’t usc be working on getting houses for all the chapters first? How is anyone expecting a brand new chapter without a house to pull in a good PC?

They are getting all of the chapters houses first. But the new sorority prob won't get a good PC for a while because they won't have any reputation on campus and have to COB.
