They may have had it at some point but ATO owns it. I lived in the house and our meal plan and housing payments were to “ATO”

ATO owns the AxiD house. None of the other sororities are renting - they own their homes. AxiD just came after the original 9 sororities: Kappa, DZ, ADPi, ZTA, Chi O, AXO, KD, Tri Delt, and GPhi built their houses when the Greek Village opened. Phi Mu bought their house from Omega Psi Phi, who built it and previously rented it to Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. Basically with Panhellenic expansion, we’re going to end up with “old row” and “new row” like some other SEC schools over the next several years as we continue to add sororities. Pre-2000 sororities tend to be better than post-2000 sororities.

this is accurate except technically omega psi phi built the gamma phi house but they got in trouble before it was finished so gamma phi was able to BUY the house. that is the only time a house has actually changed ownership, all the others are just renters.
