settle the great debate: chi psi vs. pi kapp vs. p

Which one of the upper middle tiers fraternities is the closest to breaking into the top tier and what are the goods/bads of each. I'd say it's Chi Psi due to their house and parties but they just need more southerners

Chi Psi seems more active and relevant even though most people have a love/hate attitude about them

and if you're arguing that they are good because of their house, you would make the same arguement if beta or some other sorority i mean fraternity lived there instead, right?

They are completely different - everything that others have said to distinguish them from each other is true.

Chi psi has a big house and more Yankees. Better house parties.

Pi kapp has rich and more dc and southern guys. More class and tradition at USC and in the south.

Both have nice, attractive guys but neither are super involved.

I'd go with pi kapp, but others might like chi psi.
