This years recruitment seems different than the rest. So many smart, pretty girls have been dropped by the majority or completely after being invited back to 10 houses first round. I’m not sure how cob or spring rush will work. Keep your head up. If it’s meant to be, it will be.

Stfu no it’s not different than any other year. smart and pretty girls are getting cut bc it’s more than that, it’s about personality and who you are as a person.
And then there are the snobs who think they deserve to be in adpi/zta/axo/ddd but get dropped and end up dropping entirely bc they are “too good” for the other chapters. News flash you aren’t, and you just proved everyone else right

wow yall are so rude. there’s a lot that goes into recruitment. if it isn’t low gpa, lack of activities, social media checks or just overall vibe, it’s probably bc they aren’t sticking out amongst the 2100+ other girls. all that is seen during recruitment is the video. and you talk to a tiny handful of girls compared to the 300+ in the chapter. your personality isnt awful, you arent a bad person. but i do agree that if your “top” houses drop you, give the rest a chance. every sorority is amazing regardless of what the trolls say on this site. 🤍

Yes, this! Too many girls think they only need to be top tier and those that don’t give the others a chance maybe do need to look in the mirror. Those that stick around are the real ones. There’s definitely a “type” when you look at the girls who have dropped in the past bc they thought they were too good for their options rather than sticking around.
There are beautiful, talented, fun, fantastic girls in every chapter

Nah when that was posted there was zero chance she was cut by all the houses. More likely she just didn’t like what she was left with, which says a lot more about her. But you’re right if they cut her now they aren’t gonna bid her in the spring lol
