Genuinely curious about phi mu

So I went to pho mu today and the president had the most distracting lazy eye ever. She came up and talked to me during the round but was supperrrrr rude. I was wondering if this was a common experience or if this was just like a fluke. I liked pho mu before this, but now I’m not sure.
