lol I mean what else do you want them to do? usc promised a greek village 2 would be built and then scrapped it and left them and alpha gam (and alpha xi in 2025) in the dust. All 3 of these chapters would 100% build and own brand new houses if usc gave them the opportunity to do so.

ATO is kicked off permanently

yeah ATO is gone but axid did not buy it from them and is still leasing right now. phi sigma kappa was in that house up until fall 2018 when axid was able to get it. anyways point being their lease is still up after spring 2025 and unless the owner is willing to sell or extend solely with them they are at risk of being booted from greek village as well

How insecure do you must be to post such a direct, nasty post? LOL I just saw their house tour on Instagram and that house is way bigger than any other frat or sorority house. From what I’m being told as well from my contacts, it’s being renovated. No hate for AGD’s rickety old, small Main Street space that used to be a gym? Seems like a mad ADG posted this out of jealously.

Good for them! I want all sororities here to thrive. There’s no need to try to tear other groups down. I have friends in pi phi and they’re awesome. My friends I’m other sororities are equally as awesome so quit badmouthing others
