so where exactly do fraternaties have parties

Besides rented out bars or venues like the coop, do fraternities have cool parties at their houses or at other locations like affiliated houses

"Most fraternities" is incorrect. every relevant fraternity has a house in the village. Yeah there isnt huge ragers thrown, but it isnt dry. Most houses have pregames before there events, and brothers always drink there.
