Lack of housing will mean lower dues and open up membership to those students of more limited fininacial resources.
Alpha Gamma and Pi Phi will continue to have successful recruitments even if they no longer in Greek Village.

alpha game dues are literally 1200$ the whole “lower dues” thing is not true if anything them have dues that are 300$ more than the next highest dues for sororities and having no house is outrageous

No house Pi Beta Phi semester dues and first semester dues
are Higher than Alpha Chi Omega, Gamma Phi Beta and Kappa Delta who own their houses.
