ZTA / AXO (top but southern top overrides northern top)

KD (still pretty good but not top)

KKG (new PCs have been better)

PM (will prob be low tier in next 2-3 years)

LOW:
AXID (Can see them switching spots with phi mu eventually)
AGD / PI PHI (not sure how things will be after they lose their house as well)
