I'm transferring to USC in the fall as a Junior, will it be hard for me to get a bid from a sorority?

Nope, sororities are given different quotas for freshman and for upperclassmen- they're judged in different pools of candidates. You'll be fine as long as you can talk to people and have decent grades.
