can sophomores get bids here?

So I'm transferring to USC in the fall and wanted to know if sophomores can get bids? I was a Delt pledge at my old school but had to drop 7 weeks into pledge ship cuz I couldn't afford my old school and the dues, sadly. I'm probably going to rush them but also wanted to see the other fraternities on this campus, so I'm probably going to go through rush again.

Sophomores get bids all the time. But if dues were a problem at your last school, they're going to be as much of, if not more of, a problem here.
