some of the better dorms to stay in as a freshman as far as being around fun people. Also which ones are in good relation to bars/greek village and other stuff like that?

South Tower was literally the best dorm experience I think anyone could have. And it's a great location to everything.

(Also, I'd recommend going on collegeprowler for questions like this. Much more reliable and reputable.)

Columbia hall is a five minute walk from downtown, which means you never have to get a cab. We also have food across the parking lot at Capstone. The only problem is Greek Village being far away, but there's a shuttle that picks up right in front of Columbia Hall/Capstone and takes to everywhere on campus.
