1. DU. Def no redneck vibes there.
2. Phi Delt (...maybe). I was friends with a Phi Delt who graduated last spring. Really great guy and had some really good friends in chaptet...BUT...he was not out to everyone in chapter.
3. Maybe look at Sigma Chi as it gets reorganized. That would be an opportunity to create an accepting environment, and not have to change a culture already in place.
