Pi Phi? Losing their House?

Is Pi Phi really losing their house? Or is that just a rumor. Really want them but I want to have a house to call home for 4 years

Yes they are losing their existing house but you really should be asking the girls at Pi Phi about this instead of anonymous strangers on GR. They are trying to make arrangements for next year and there is possibly a frat losing their house that pi phi will have dibs at

There’s no “possibility of a frat losing their house” and it becoming Pi Phi’s house unless that frat owns the house and someone narcs on them probably beta to get them booted. Any frats that are also renting like piphi is will turn their house over to the frat that actually owns it.

No one wants the disaster of years ago where beta worked with FSL to get rid of historical fraternities by barging on them - focus on GV 2.0 and getting your own damn houses
