Tiers…. (Dear PNMs… Goodluck and be real)

If you’re worried about what tier you’ll end up in…. I can guarantee you’re not in this process for the right reasons. You’re absolutely going to be a part of the percentage that ends up dropping before you graduate or probably within your first year in the chapter because you chose a chapter that you deemed “top” and not because of your morals/personality/connection.

Now if you end up in a “top” chapter BECAUSE your morals align and you can see yourself in the girls you’re talking with. And if you can see yourself being sisters with these girls for 4 years… all the power to you for finding your home! That’s a big step in the process!

I can 100% guarantee the girls on this site that are worried about tiers…. They are unhappy with their chapter or feel threatened for whatever reason by another chapter?

Go with your gut and your notes you’ve taken during recruitment. You’ll go where you belong if you are authentic and genuine.
