top: zeta, gamma phi, pi phi, tridelt, dz
mid: adpi, chi o, axo, axid
bottom: alpha gam, kd, phi mu, kkg

Ok, now eliminate anyone who leases a frat house, which is owned by a historical fraternity at USC that was narced on and kicked off after hundreds of years, and pays rent rather than owns their house.

Phi Mu owns their house lol. They bought it from the historically black fraternity that built it. Do a little research it was omega psi phi's, who then rented it to pike.
