Philanthropy Day

by:

Tri Delts are trained very well to talk about their philanthropy, St. Jude, when in reality they do very little other than fundraising. They make every member send a certain amount of letters out to family and friends asking for money every single year. My friends were so embarrassed they asked if they had to keep doing it and were told yes, it’s mandatory. So instead they just labeled the letters to random addresses instead of their family to meet the mandatory quota. Idk about you but I prefer to actually be doing things out in my community, not bothering my parents for a check

Let’s call this a low blow. All sororities have fundraising and local engagement.

At least Tri Delt does something, ask kd why one semester they raised $0 for their philanthropy. Raising money for philanthropy is important, if those girls don’t want to send letters what ideas have they suggested instead?

greek reports are public info, you can literally go on for yourself to see that tri delta consistently is one of the chapters who raises the most for their philanthropy
