gpa
by: TransferI know there's been a lot of posts about sorority rush for transfers, but my question is different. I just got accepted to transfer next year, and I'm planning on taking classes in the summer at USC beforehand. When I rush a sorority, will the sorority just look at my USC summer GPA, or will they still take in account my previous school's grades, which aren't incredibly great (2.8)?

They will look at your previous grades. Your GPA from summer classes will likely not be reported by the time you register for recruitment. My best advice would be try to get A's in all of your summer classes. If asked, discuss how you did well in summer classes and are working very hard to get better grades.
