RANKS AND WHY
Tri delt adpi- these two have always been top. The tri delts are rarely mean and all seem to be super genuine, pretty girls. Adpi is top for kinda the opposite reason. They can be mean and catty but all seem to have the same blonde hair southern bell look.
Axo and zeta: Both of these sororities have the same northern vibe. Both have a reputation for not being the kindest. I would say axo is definitely higher ranked than zeta and could be adpi and tri delt high if the girls were a little more classy. Both have stunning girls.
Kd xo dz: kappa delta used to be a top house consistently, but the past 4 or so years as been dropping. I would say they’re definitely higher than chi o and delta zeta bc who they mix with but for rush have similar amounts of competition. The girls have been known to be divided between local sc girls and out of state girls. Chi o and dz are similar in the sense that the girls tend to be genuine/down to earth and have high gpas. Chi o girls are a little more northern and granola(not a bad thing, very chill) and the dz girls tend to be more southern/preppy(even tho it’s not a super southern house). All these houses(and the ones below them) aren’t as uniform as the upper ones bc they aren’t as selective.
Kappa and phi mu: kappa girls are pretty northern but have a reputation of being catty. They have a great social media presence and dress pretty trendy. They tend to hang with mostly other kappas. Phi mu girls can be split. Some seem to be pretty southern and religious but the other half are pretty care free and like to party. Kappa is definitely higher than phi mu.
Axid and agd: both of these chapters have been doing super well with spirit week and seem to be on a rise. Axid is pretty girls who aren’t always as out going and social within greek life. Agd is def on a rise they used to be bottom but are def getting better.
Pi phi and gamma phi: gamma phi girls aren’t rlly seen a lot around campus and I honestly don’t know much about them. They get a lot of unnecessary hate when I’ve never heard of them being mean. Pi phi is losing their house this year and can’t seem to get girls to stay. I try to not be critical but they seem to bash others

Because they are all over the map in terms of what they have to offer, their history here, etc. as it relates to what PNMs may or may not value.

Axo can’t be top if they can’t recruit local girls like ddd, adpi, kd. That’s just the reality.

Kd just because ur girls are local doesn’t make them too material. The real top local girls go adpi
