Ranks pre rush w/ reasons

These houses are the top 5 sororities. Clearly, adpi & tri delt are always on top and I don’t have to explain why on that. I put axo on their level because I feel that is a super desirable house the past couple of years. They’re also crazy involved on campus, but they can be crazy/a mess. Zta is on its own under because they’ve been falling. They NEED a good PC and for girls to stay in the chapter. Still desirable bc of bama rush and have awesome older girls. KD is below that because it’s still desirable since they are southern and are friends with the girls/always do mixers w ADPI/DDD. They also NEED a good PC this year or it will be bad for them. Overall, these chapters either have a good sisterhood, super involved outside and inside greek life, or both.

KKG PHI MU
The next 5 houses, with a clear gap between KKG and phi mu. KKG is better than phi mu though. DZ and XO usually do have a ton of girls that love them during rush. Both sororities are involved a lot, but don’t have it all quite yet. Especially with the whole drama lately with it all. XO girls can be weird but smart. DZ has hella nice girls with good personalities. Girls within can be mid. KKG and Phi Mu need to step it up and get nicer girls. And to be more classy and maybe they can do that with the new PC!
AXID AGD
PI PHI GAMMA PHI
Top row in this I think have a mix group of girls. They’re doing well I think with what they have. AGD girls are really showing how much they love their sorority recently on insta(yes ladies!!!). AXID girls can be weird and it’s just a mix. Bottom row can’t keep girls from dropping so much.

I think kd is dropping bc the lack of sisterhood. That can vary from pc to pc so hopefully this years class gets along a little better

You clearly put a lot of thought into your ranking and I appreciate your effort to be unbiased.
That said, the high school drama on GR of certain mid tier srats is a super bad look going into rush. Girls need to be aware that this isn’t going to end once the semester starts.
I agree that some of the lower level srats might be worth having an open mind about, like AGD and AXID. GPhi not so sure though, and I really don’t know what nice to say about PiPhi.
KD aspires to be top tier and while they aren’t there yet, this PC could bump them closer. ZTA likewise might get bumped down. We’ll see.
ADPI and DDD shouldn’t rest on their laurels btw. They are honestly just a PC or two away from losing their distinction. Just sayin.

100%!!!!! I hate to say it, but the top tier ranks aren’t safe either even tho they think they are.

Yeah they were kinda considered top before their 2020 pc. Maybe rushing only girls from cola/boarding school/gville that you try to compete with ADPI for doesn’t get you far lmao
