How hard it is to get a bid from chi psi, SAE, and pike specifically, and also what are the reputations of these three?

why these 3 specifically? Chi Psi and Pike tend to be lumped with Pi Kapp as the upper middle/lower top area. SAE tends to be linked to top of the top with KA and SX, or arguably even on their own. All three are strong houses, but SAE is probably quite a bit harder to get a bid from.

Things like money, where you're from, who you know, etc. They're one of the, if not the, hardest houses to get a bid from. Doesn't necessarily mean they are better or cooler than others, just more exclusive, and not in the way that's totally based on quality.
