what are the real frat tiers here?

I might be coming here next year, and I'm curious on what the actual fraternity tiers are? And who would my best chance be being from Maryland at a top tier?

A pretty clear top tier here, but even middle to lower tier fraternities here are better than most fraternities at any school outside of the SEC.

Top- Sae/Sigma Chi/Ka/Snu/Kappa Sig

Middle- Pi Kapp/Pike/Chi Psi/Phi Sig/Beta

Lower:Beta/ATO(coming back)/Lambda Chi/ Sig Ep(also coming back)

Bottom- DTD/TKE/DU

In order for the most part, but some comes down to personal preference.

Sig Ep is still here, but have like no members. Almost all got kicked out/quit afterwards. Unfortunately, they are back at the very bottom at least until they get more numbers.
