advice for a transfer?

Hey guys!
I am a PNM interested in going through rush this summer and I could not be more excited!! I would really like to know if you lovely ladies have any advice on
going through recruitment. Also I am interested in how bad grade cuts are
here. I honestly don't have a super great GPA but I have lots of community
involvement and leadership and I am really really outgoing.
