Pi Phi losing their house

I heard Pi Phi is losing their house in fall 2023… can’t remember what frat I overheard was getting it maybe sigma chi. Does anyone know why they’re losing the house?

Sigma Chi owns the house and Pi Phi has been renting it since they were suspended. Now that they're back and active on campus, Sigma Chi wants their house back.

just to be clear:

AZD is renting ATO's house
AGD is renting Sig Ep's
Beta is renting Lambda's
Phi Mu is renting from another frat but I can't remember who.

Phi Mu owns there house now. Bought it from the owner who wasn't a frat but a real estate investor.
