Genuinely curious why i see so many girls in top tier srats dating guys in mid and low tier frats, what’s the secret and how are these guys able to pull girls that would appear to be out of their league

I think some of the nicest guys are in the middle and lower tier frats and they are better boyfriend material. There are some total jerks in top tier frats
