lease is up, sig chi is taking the house back after being kicked off campus for hazing stuff a few years ago

Beta narced on a bunch of the (former, the damage was done, and done BAD) top tier frats to get them booted and beta still only has two year leases to show for it

It’s not pi phi’s house.
Maybe If they want one they could buy some Land and build one like the other sororities and fraternities that own houses at usc have… cc: beta
