I would love to see anyone of the following come to USo.C....
Alpha Phi
Alpha Omicron Pi
Delta Gamma
Kappa Alpha Theta
Sigma Kappa

Delta Gamma or Alpha Omicron Pi would be the better choice. Both have strong presence in the South and financially be able to build a house.

AOII always chargest the highest dues and then screws over their colonies in other ways so they close within a few years. Sooo many of their former chapters have sued them, they're just money hungry

Just literally anyone but alpha phi. I think dg, theta have been here before and failed… they prob would be successful this time around bc of the demand, but something new like aopi or even tri sig even though nationally they are pretty bad would be better. Maybe sigma kappa? Idk just not alpha phi

So we have several chapters not at total, bringing another chapter in would mean lowering panhel total which it seems our school has no desire to do. Or it would just hurt everyone currently below total and keep them from attaining total.
