Sig Nu, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, or SAE? Do any of them bid guys from NoVA? Is it extremely hard?

"Nova" could be in any frat. Respectable inner suburbs in va (Alexandria, McLean, Arlington) along with Potomac, B/cc fit better in frats like sigma chi, kappa sig, pi Kapp, ATO.
