spring rush : what are good sororities

I am thinking about rushing in the spring. I heard no one stays in zta or axo past sophomore year but some people really like it. I liked them both during recruitment but didn't meet a lot of seniors or juniors. Also I know they have to spring rush bc they lose so many... is it worth it to rush in the spring? Does everyone really drop? What makes people drop after a year or two?

they don't have any upperclassmen because everyone gets bullied out of it. the girls who stay are one big clique of the worst of the worst fake two faced people u will ever meet. run like hell.
