It could and will happen eventually to the chapters that are renters. They’ll know ahead of then when their lease is gonna be up, though. Maybe build a house of your own??

Lol it’s hilarious that beta has been playing musical leases, when they do get to live in house for a minute, with the houses that they narced on and got booted from usc for in exchange for a charter
