Why does having a house in Greek Village Matter?

Houses are nice here but they also make dues a lot higher. You aren’t rly allowed to drink in them either. What I would suggest is find a chapter with a major house off campus (>10 brothers) that sends it pretty hard. Good luck kid

A house in GV allows for a communal place for everyone to hang, plus they’re nice. Easy way to meet the rest of your fraternity when everyone eats meals together in the house pretty much everyday
