Is Pi Kap a good frat?

They are in GV so they are top tier.

being in the GV does not equal top tier. If the frat owns the house and has been here for more than 10 years, sure, but we know who you are posting this and what you’re trying to do, so let’s just not.

oh just stfu with this, being in the gv doesn't equal top tier. all top tier frats (of which pi kapp is definitely one) OWN their gv houses, but not every frat that is currently leasing a house (from another fraternity that got betrayed by some newcomers), the same way yall lease an apartment by the stadium for a year, is top tier... or even middle tier. you know who

Probably the best northern frat. Sorta douchey but have a lot of fun and the most events
