Stereotypes of srats

why are you asking ?

My opinion and I’m not in any of these.

axo- getting better every year but bid promised during recruitment, girls are nice and fun
zeta- biggest partiers of these 5, some of them go a little too hard at times, highest drop rate, offers snap bids
adpi- strong rep but lots of drama, the most of these 5. They care a lot about appearances
tri delt- strong rep and fun girls, active with philanthropy
kd- not on the same level as the other 4, they aren’t very active and aren’t seen a lot on campus or five points, offers snap bids

if we're talking stereotypes (not necessarily trye of every girl, just the image that pops in my head when i think of them), this is what i and i think most others would say (i'm not in any of these houses)
axo- instagram influencer type, big party girls, mostly from the north (lots of new york and new jersey), care a lot about appearances, you see them a lot downtown (also did spring rush last year)
zta- super similar types of girls to axo, also northern, bleach blonde and super dark fake tan type, also huge party girls probably even more so than axo, a couple are super involved on campus but the rest of them you don't really see on campus just downtown
adpi- their uniting characteristics are they are mostly blonde pageant girls from the south (tons from columbia and the rest of sc and a decent amount from georgia and charlotte as well) but other than that kind of a weird mix. looks are definitely big for them in recruitment so personality tends to be a weird mix of super christian girls and girls who go out 5 nights a week. used to be known to consistently have the highest gpa but now the "smarter" sororities are pi phi, dz, and phi mu
tri delt- also tends to be more southern but they've recently branched out to recruiting some northern girls. they also do a really good job getting diverse pledge classes, definitely the best from this list. i see these girls out allll the time, almost as much as zta and axo but maybe not quite on that level yet, but close, so a lot of the ones i've met are kind of crazy. they do a good job with their philanthropy as well
kd- not quite sure what to say about them because they barely have any sort of presence on campus. they raised $0 for their philanthropy in the spring which is really sad. they seemed super disinterested in it when i talked to them in recruitment, so i dropped them after that. also tend to be southern girls and again, weird mix of religious and party girls, but not as much of a presence when going out as zta, axo, and ddd. known to be the least diverse sorority at usc
i understand that these weren't true of every girl in these sororities, but that's why they're called stereotypes. hope this helped!

I think all these are accurate

i know those r the “top” houses, but i would seriously consider looking into other ones too. soooo many ppl get their sights set on a top house and end up dropping recruitment when things work out. everyone always thinks that they’re too good for anything below top tier, and that’s honestly ridiculous. i have met some not great ppl in top houses, as well as rly fun ppl in bottom ones. i have found that the stereotypes of each house DO NOT accurately represent the ppl in them at all. there r always a ton of outliers

Tri delt - Shameless self rankers

Tri delt self ranks more than any sorority at this school. The only reason someone would get on this site and bash other sororities is if they were insecure about their own. Tri-Delt is solid but their last 3 pc haven’t been as strong as they once were. They are good, not sure why they are so insecure. Half are typical party girls the other half no one knows exist. KD is also a top sorority. Not nearly as big of party girls but most are from Columbia. Typically pretty wealthy, not known as a “hot” sorority the way tridelt and adpi are but puts together a good rush. Adpi is the typical pretty blonde sorority girl stereotype. Like KD they are pretty southern but have branched out over the last 4 years. Pretty well rounded girls. Overall all top sororities. All of these sororities have girls who party a lot and all have girls who don’t. If you have a shot in any of them, you’ll probably figure it out during recruitment.

if you want to rush next year then don’t close yourself off to all of the sororities here at usc. you may be surprised with what you see
