Genuine and Truth Friendship Justice have had and continue to recruit better pledge classes than True Friend and they own their own houses, not rent.

Sigma chi is occupying the house that they own again you mean... although I’m not sure that’s actually happening, at least not yet

Sigma chi owns the house that is indisputable and actually factual facts (literally don’t say it isn’t or you’ll show your ass) but not sure they are moving back in quite yet.
At the very least, I think Pi phi has another year or two on their lease and that’s contractual.

I was in pi phi a few years ago and we didn’t plan out who was talking to which pnms. If they still aren’t doing that it’s probably why they do so bad. I wish I would have not joined a sorority instead of being in pi phi.
