Which chapters got a lot of the in state girls and who pulled more from out of state?

xo gets some decent girls from Texas here and there bc they are super strong there (they are one of the largest and strongest chapters nationally), however, doesn’t really make much of a difference here bc they continue to drop to lower middle tier. Probably not on nationals nice list right now (or for a few years or into the foreseeable future)

They do get some more rando oos though.
