yeahhh sorry your chapter lied to you but it isn’t for actives unless the chapter says so. it’s not the whole village.

for actives it depends on the chapter and even possibly your level of official involvement in rush (ie if you are interning, or an upperclassmen that doesn’t have a leadership role, etc. there may be formal or informal but widely accepted differences).
