AGD subleases the Sig Ep house for now.

they do own it. they were a really good fraternity before the balanced man thing which also hit right when beta was narcing and got sig ep booted. when sig ep came back they were so far removed from the lower top tier house they were (plus, balanced man) that there was really no coming back from it.
