are we doing virtual pref because pi phi is losing their house to sig chi? heard they were taking it back this year and saw some guys moving in. this will afect id i pref them or not

every.single.year. Someone in another sorority puts this rumor on Greek Rank. Every year. WTF? NOT TRUE. Why try and sabotage? This rumor is groundhog day all over again.

yo, pretty much half the frat houses are owned by fraternities that beta narced on and got booted in order to get back on campus and all the new sorority houses as well (everything since gamma phi). these are just facts
