What is the difference between Tri delt and KD

I have both left and I really like both. What is the difference between the two or are they basically the same

and from what i can tell tri delt does more for their philanthropy

These are both amazing chapters as usc and recruit similar girls.

I would say Tri delt likes the party scene a little bit more than KD and is more social. But Tri delt is also more diverse.

KDs tends to be more down to earth and have stronger retention rates.

Kd doesn’t have higher retention rates and imo I would say they are acrually more uptight than Tri delt. KD is still great tho laidback is j not the word I would use

They’re more alike than different but it depends on what your looking for, neither of them has the closest sisterhoods.

I’d say their sisterhoods are average at best but there are lots of others sororities who are much closer. It depends what your looking for.

Tri delt:
More diverse in terms of types of girls and in general
More Partying
More of a relationship with their philanthropy
More of a relationship with the fraternities

KD:
More of the same type of girls personality wise
Closest w 1-2 fraternities
More philanthropies to serve ( does Girl Scouts and abuse prevention)

Both are great sororities! I think tridelt has the better "all-around" reputation, for example with philanthropy, campus involvement and general popularity than KD. They pref similar girls but KD is now more on the level of AXO and ZTA.

Don't count out other sororities in case you don't get these two!

Agreed with above, also don’t get too hyped that you will get one of these, and be open to others still. Also, disagreeing with all the people saying they don’t have close sisterhoods - those are just middle/bottom tier folks who are jealous, kd and ddd are extremely well rounded and that’s why they are top tier.

Tri delt has been in hot water before. Was on social probation a few years back.
