Retention rates

Retention rates are SUCH an important indicator of how good a chapter is. Beyond looks, dollar signs, etc. When choosing a chapter understanding these rates are so important because it’s an indication of how strong a sisterhood is.

These are the chapters with the highest retention rates from class to class (in alphabetical order):

ADPI, AGD, XO, DZ, KD

These are the chapters with more alarmingly retention rates (also in alphabetical order):
AXO, DDD, GPB, ZTA

The rest kind of fall in middle as an average. Don’t forget to keep this in mind!! Look beyond tiers.

There is a reason why girls tend to drop out of certain sororities so it’s definitely something PNMs should be aware of. These sororities might not be truthfully representing themselves during recruitment and after girls accept their bid they realize that reality of these houses Is not how they seemed during recruitment. Be smart PNMs!

BUMP this... but for some of the chapters with bad retention rates it’s not necessarily about a bad sisterhood it’s more about the chapter being a bit too much of a mixed bag so it’s hard finding friends. (GPB).
