Imo, I agree dz hasn't really done anything different than what they usually do. It just so happens that their usual is being an unproblematic, low-key house and they are consistently high on the greek report. Meanwhile their main competitions (xo and kappa) have been slacking recruitment-wise and performance wise, and phi mu has been hit hard by their racism thing. They're all mid-tier anyways so it doesn't even matter

DZ also must have clearly lied about service hours and reported way more than they had for the spring report. They said they had 4,000+ service hours in the 2 months before we got sent home. That would mean every single girl in the sorority got 125+ service hours in two months- there is simply no way that can be right

idk who taught you math but 4,041 hours divided by the 304 girls in the chapter according to the greek report comes out to a little over 13 hours per member...

Chi o just got moved down from being a top tier srat and DZ immediately tries to put them selves ahead of chi o and continue the hate on them that they used to get for posting on this website. If anything chi o is better, but minimum they are somewhat on the same level, DZ is on the same level as KKG and don’t let anyone or any rank kid you.

chi o hasn’t been top tier for at least like 5 or 6 years... more recently, they were top of the middle w kkg, dz, pm but now probably dropping more. I think everything is note reflective of xo continuing to drop and on dropping like a brick vs dz being so much better than they were. although I always Kind of felt like kkg was the next up??

DZ and KKG have kind of remained the same but xo and phi mu dropping so hard to bottom of middle tier is what rlly has brought them up. But like someone else said middle tier is so interchangeable depending on if you’re comparing looks, service, sisterhood, etc
