top tier recruit based on: looks and connections
middle tier recruit based on: values
bottom tier recruit based on: what they can get

regardless you will make genuine friends and amazing experiences in any chapter but don't be mistaken on how you ended up where you are.

I think top tier recruits on values as well. But they can also recruit on looks and connections, and that’s why they are top tier. Like, seriously what is this

I think they were just saying primarily. You can’t say it’s not true. If every house recruited on their stated values it would be a solid mix of not so hot and gorgeous girls. That’s just not the case for obvious reasons don’t live in denial..
