Top tier opinions are based on where you’re from!

Why aren’t people talking about this? Opinions on which chapters are top tier depend on where girls are from.
If you’re from the south you love ADPI, DDD, KD
If you’re from the north you love AXO, ZTA and XO (even though chi o is def mid tier now)
There really isn’t a general consensus. Your outlook depends on who you know and what vibe you prefer. DDD and KD have leaned a bit more northern over the years than ADPI, but all and all these three love to bring in girls from Charlotte, Charleston, Richmond and Atlanta.
ZTA and AXO bring in girls from MD, Philly, Jersey, NY, etc. because they have a different vibe that appeals to them more.

there are some trends among the top tier and they are correctly addressed above, but literally all of the top tier sororities take girls from everywhere. usc is mostly represented by the eastern seaboard and states just bordering those from NY -> south, but there are girls from CA, Chicago, AZ, TX, etc.
It’s really a mix. Historically, adpi / kd only took girls from “the south”, which made them more exclusive, but that isn’t the case anymore (even though they are definitely highly sought after - Just not because of the “only southern” thing). Ddd, axo, zta were able to close the gap more in the last decade because they took top girls from everywhere, and that’s ultimately why all the sororities started to. Not to say things are still in that order now, however, I think It’s generally agreed that adpi/ddd are top 2 now, and the other three in some order which fluctuates
