by: chi oI need to know. Does chi o self rank so much because they truly believe that they are top tier or are they hoping that if they tell enough people on greek life that they are "top tier" then maybe they can trick others into thinking that?

The latter - they actually used to be really pretty good, like at least even with whatever combo of kd/Axo/zta was lower top tier, maybe 4 years ago or so, but they literally did themselves in with the self ranking because it was THAT bad. now apparently a lot of people don’t even think they are better than dz/kkg - Axid, let this be a warning of what self ranking can actually do to your reputation.
