Out of State frats

what are the northern/ out of state frats at USC. I'm thinking of transferring here and was wondering.

The top OOS frats, basically the ones in Greek village, are Pi Kappa Phi and Chi Psi. Kappa Sig takes some people from the north but still mostly southern. Pike doesn’t have a house but they are considered one of the better ones and they accept northerners.
